Spruce Peak Lights Festival returns on November 30th and December 21st

Celebrate the magic of the season by surrounding yourself with thousands of sparkling lights at the base of the mountain featuring family-friendly dining, ice skating, special activities, and more!

The first Spruce Peak Lights Festival will take place on Saturday, November 30th.

The illuminated evening starts with a complimentary toast and cider donuts at Whistle Pig Pavillion and will be filled with music from the Barre-Tones, skating performances, and fun for all.

The evening will cap off with a tree lighting and fireworks to celebrate the holiday season.

Schedule of events;

  • 3:30 – Complimentary Spruce Toast & Cider Donuts at WhistlePig Pavilion
  • 4:00 – Musical Performance by the Barre-Tones A Cappella group
  • 4:30-5:00 – Ice Skating Performances
  • 5:00 – Lights Festival Sponsor Recognition
  • 5:15 – Musical Performance by the Barre-Tones A Cappella group
  • 5:45 – Tree & Village Lighting Ceremony and Fireworks

The Spruce Peak Lights Festival is an annual event, and a fundraiser for Spruce Peak Arts’ Community & Education Fund (C&E Fund).  All proceeds benefit Spruce Peak Performing Arts Center Community & Education Fund, which creates awareness and accessibility in the arts and enhances educational experiences for area students, residents and community organizations. 

A second Festival of Lights is scheduled for December 21st. The schedule of events for that evening is as follows;

  • 3:00-5:30 – Photos with Santa in the Toy & Candy Co
  • 3:30 – Complimentary Spruce Toast & Cider Donuts at WhistlePig Pavilion
  • 4:00 – Musical Performance by the Barre-Tones A Cappella group
  • 4:30-5:00 – Ice Skating Performances
  • 5:15 – Musical Performance by the Barre-Tones A Cappella group
  • 5:30 – Tree & Village Lighting Ceremony and Fireworks
  • 7:00 – John Pizzarelli Trio “For Centennial Reasons: 100 year salute to Nat King Cole” at the Spruce Peak Performing Arts Center (Buy Tickets)
